Box of wood with the copper wire windings and inside the rotor.
Rotor outside with bearings of 2 hard disks, plastic cylinder with 6 magnets on the outer surface.
Commutator from old engine rebuilt on 3 contacts for the pulses.
Electricity comes from a converted 12 Volt computer power supply
(which already consumes 13 watts in idle)
In this example: ~ 12V x 0.5A = 6 watts
